The king of novelty music does Christmas with this 1989 disc. Even though it contains one of my least favorite holiday tunes, Elmo & Patsy’s “Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer,” it does make up for it with fun songs such as “I Want a Hippopotamus For Christmas” by Gayla Peevey, “Nuttin For Christmas” by Stan Freberg and Bob and Doug McKenzie’s “Twelve Days of Christmas.”
