What I Did This Summer Part 2

After we got home from Florida, I started working on remodeling my scrapbooking studio. Here are pictures of how it turned out. Some of the items are new and some just got moved around and reorganized.

This is the Expedit 4x4 storage unit from IKEA. I have had it for years, but recently relocated it to the closet. I LOVE all the expedit units b/c they fit 12x12 papers and albums.

This unit contains:
photo boxes
12 x 12 paper (packs, cardstock, pattern paper, themed and pages kits)
8.5 x 11 paper (pattern and cardstock)
Binders with stickers, letter stickers, journaling blocks and sketches
Magazines and idea books
Sew Easy and sewing machine
Albums
8x8 and 6x6 papers
Bins for pattern paper scraps, chipboard, rub-ons and Disney embellishments

I got this end table at a garage sale to have Nik scrap on. But since that doesn't happen too often anymore, it is now the home to my legal size file bin. This bin holds all my card stock scraps divided by color.

This counter used to be in the closet. It will now be my main work space. All the supplies I use often are on the counter or on the bottom shelf. I added a third shelf so now there is room to expand.

All my punches are on the Bygel (IKEA) rails. The ones that don't clip to the rail, are either in the bygel basket or in the hanging bins. Not much room for expansion, but I can add more rails to the wall with the Fantasia poster. Expedit bookcase placed horizontally hold:

My circut and cartridges
ribbon
Texture Boutique and folders
stamps
completed cards, card blanks and envelopes

I am storing some of my ribbon is the souvenir glass (from places like rainforest cafe and T-Rex) Not sure I like this set up, but at least they are out and in easy reach if I want to use ribbon.

My next project is to convert my wood-mount stamps to cling-mount. That should give me room for more cricut cartridges.

This Expedit 2x2 houses mostly computer related stuff, but on top is my Silhouette since it needs to be connected to the computer. Even though I have a cricut now, my silhouette is sticking around b/c I still will cut titles from it.
